The Chambers Family

Man, it's been a very busy week around here! With exams for Reg and us both working like crazy there hasn't been a lot of time to breath and relax. 

But in the mist of all that chaos, I got to take pictures of the most beautiful and down to earth family around. The land Kari and Jonathan live on is absolutely gorgeous and they are the all so sweet! I had tons of fun taking these pictures (during an awesome sunset), hanging out and talking afterwards. Honestly, these pictures really just speak for themselves. 

The Negrete Family

My friend Alex asked me to take pictures of him, his mom, grandma and brother last weekend! I've never met his whole family before much less knowing that his mom had five boys which will never cease to amaze me. t's amazing how much personality you can see in each brother just by the way all stand next to each other in the pictures. 

Anyways, we went to a beautiful park near SMU and let me tell you the area was gorgeous and had some awesome weather to match. I'd never been on that side of town before because I honestly don't do much exploring on my own (which is definitely a goal of mine now!) I'll be dragging a friend or two out there in a couple of weeks I'm sure. 

Tarmann/Barthold Family

As some of you know, I took a little vacation to Austin about two weeks during which I did a little bluebonnet shoot for Kim (Audrey's mom). I was thrilled! I mean, I've known all these awesome kiddos since they were tiny babies so of course I was all for taking some good old Texas bluebonnet portraits!

But one thing I've forgotten about Austin is the heat index. Although it was 75 degrees, it easily felt like 90. Yes, we were hot, the kids were fidgety and there was some major frowning from Nathan (he honestly didn't smile once) but we made it work and I honestly wouldn't change a thing about it.
